Order Policies

Once placed, no changes can be made to order contents. No messages regarding order changes will be returned. Once placed, orders will not be cancelled/refunded unless time has exceeded our advertised TAT. Please check your order and shipping/billing address before placing your order. Orders returned to us due to improper address will require exact shipping payment to be mailed a second time. If you discover your address is incorrect, message us immediately. Orders refused by the recipient will be refunded to the original payment method, minus all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 24 hours of order delivery. After 24 hours, all orders are considered complete and undamaged/ not defective. Please note that silicone freshie molds vary in degree of difficulty, and some with small details are meant for more advanced Freshie makers.

Refunds
In the event an exception is made and we grant a refund, we will expect the item(s) via mail within 7 USPS business days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
