Shipping policy

We work as hard as possible to ensure your purchases are shipped as quickly as possible. Please check the front page of our website for current shipping times. All purchases will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If your purchase has not been shipped, we will replace the address for you. In the event your purchase has already been shipped, please contact your local post office for guidance. If your package is lost/damaged, you can make a claim through Route Package Protection. If you declined Route at checkout, we are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments.
